Objective & audience
Give the strength and conditioning programme a set of photographs it could keep using — for recruiting, social channels and print — rather than a handful of hero shots that run once.
[Myles to confirm the intended uses and who commissioned the shoot.]
My contribution
Everything from the camera onward
- Photographed the full session on location, during live training — no staging.
- Selected and edited the delivered set.
- Delivered a library sized for web, social and print.
[If anyone else was involved — coordination, art direction, second shooter — name them here so the credit is clear.]
Approach
Training doesn’t pause for a photographer, so the day was shot as it happened: lifts, sled work, coaching conversations and the moments between sets. Coverage was deliberately broad — individual athletes, groups, coaches, detail — so the same day could feed very different uses without going back out.
The facility’s red walls and maroon kit are the palette of this site for a reason.

Working fast in a live environment, reading a room for the moments that matter, and delivering a set that’s useful long after the shoot.
[Any verified outcome — where the images ran, feedback from the programme — goes here. If there isn’t one, this line stays as it is.]
