My first job out of college is at National Grid, where I’m continuing to grow both professionally and creatively. As an Associate Program Manager on the Internal Colleague Communications and Engagement team, I focus on developing and amplifying campaigns and stories. What excites me most is the creative freedom I have to bring these stories to life through videos and digital artwork. I've been able to introduce fresh, dynamic elements to internal communications, transforming how we connect with colleagues. In addition to my creative work, I also collaborate with high-level internal stakeholders, including leadership and CEOs, gaining valuable experience in executive communications. Through this role, I'm honing my ability to create work that effectively engages a specific audience.
