Work

The work

Three kinds of work, one habit: figure out who it’s for before making anything. Communications first, then film, then photography.

read on purpose

Program Manager, Colleague Communications & Culture at National Grid since 2024, promoted in 2026. Culture, community and belonging programmes for a US–UK energy company — built from scratch, documented to run at scale, and measured on business outcomes.
